Le Mas is not connected to the mains sewage system but runs on a more sensitive individual sanitation system: please do not throw anything down the toilets or sinks, as this could put the system out of order. Bins are provided for your use.
Le Mas is non-smoking; please do not smoke indoors, ashtrays are available in the garden. Please make sure to fully extinguish your cigarette butts, especially during summer.
Following the Alpes-Maritimes prefectural order n°2022-184, we are under water restrictions: please avoid letting water run unnecessarily. Do let us know about any leaks.
To keep the pool water clear, sun cream is not allowed and a shower is required before swimming.
For your comfort and to avoid mosquitoes, please remember to turn off the light when you leave a room, and the heaters when you air out your room.
For your safety, please lock your room/apartment whenever you leave; we cannot be held responsible in case of theft.
To keep your pool floats clean and dry, please bring them up with you, as the automatic sprinklers run at night.
Any breakfast not cancelled by 6pm the day before will be charged.
