A centrepiece of the house, the workshop was preserved during the Mas's renovation. First an old classroom when Le Mas du Naoc was a children's home, it later became an "artists' workshop" for around twenty years under Magdalena Grandmontagne, a German engraver and painter who drew all her inspiration from the place, and who already opened her doors to an art-loving public…
Sandra has made it "her room", "her refuge", from which she too draws her inspiration. Here, the most varied ideas and creations have been born. It's in this space, steeped in history and bathed in sunlight, that the felt wool workshops she offers her guests take place. It's the heart of Le Mas du Naoc.
Felted wool, a material in its own right. Sandra offers workshops during which you'll discover felting techniques. The workshops are open to everyone, young and old, enthusiasts and beginners alike.
